At Rose's Galaxy, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your product, or if you simply find that you no longer need it, you may return the item within 15 calendar days of receiving your order for a refund.

Conditions for Returns:

• The return must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date the product was delivered.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If consumables are opened, then the return will be considered based on a defect of quality.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at rossisportraits@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If payment return has surpassed 10 business days, then payment will be offered via Zelle or PayPal immediately.
